Kinda neat, freaky, & funny looking. Don't wear hair with long bangs though, or noone will ever see it.
It matches other eye colors and skin tones well.
It has NO animation though. Its basically a fixed eyeball on your forhead. It should be animated to blink & move around with your other eyes. Also, its huge. Its probably about 2 1/2 to 3 times as big as your other eyes. It should be smaller to match.
