omg! i cannot believe that someone would leave a bad review on such a beautiful product. causing your rating to go down simply because they do not know how to move furniture in a room. it is only courteous to correspond with developers through messages on their homepage to see if issues can be fixed before actually putting a rating on a product that you are having issues with. once a rating is left it cannot be taken away. what a shame.. ~shakes head slowly in disbelief~ Cas
