The island was nicely done with very nice textures so I give it high marks for that however every time I tried to put an animated sail boat in, it sailed off and sank. So I decided to put in a stationary yaucht and on a reboot it ended up in the middle of the island instead of out there in the water. There is some weird stuff going on with this room. If you buy it, don't plan on putting in any large ships for effect in it else you will find them parked on the sidewalk instead of the water.
