excuse me. but i wasnt leaving a bad review i was asking for help. i was dissappointed that i couldnt get them to move.maybe if at the time they would have had instructions to help ppl on the product page or where to find help i would have known how to move them in the first place. so dont tell me what to say. so rude.
btw it is a great product. i never said it wasnt.
