I love this purse, its beautiful elegant...BUT...IT REFUSES TO COME THE HELL OFF!! The first time I put it on, it wouldnt come off. Then I get it off, and think cool mabye it just takes a couple tries. So I put the damn thing back on and now it has been on for DAYS!! HELP?!
