Very good room, cheap everything totally GA without any questions nor going up to any boundaries at all. For art and design proposes the default lay out leaves alot of space for you to be creative with it but if you want to take it as is i suggest only using it as a natural meeting area and having another room for when and if you want to get " involved " with them.
Again the default arrangement is good for a public GA room and also is kinda small on KB size thus loads quickly comparatively just lacks much in things to do and good poses so you will have to buy and add them in.
