I have exactly the same problem, I have had this product for a long time, but it has been a while since I have used it, I find to my shock and horror that the top part is missing and the ride no longer works, this is not the only product mind you that is all messed up. Could this be an IMVU Glitch? I Strongly adivise please you look into this matter before you get mreo people telling you they are having the same problem with this product.
