Beautiful! You can't get as close to the water as I would've liked or expected, but the shoreline is spacious, the palms and a little cave add some points of interest to the landscape, and the house is big enough to add everything you could want at the beach while looking sufficiently rustic. Haven't decided what to do with the patio yet, but it's large enough for many uses: dance floor, cook-outs, hot tub, etc. I am very satisfied.
